Oklahoma City bombing: Fallen, survivors honored on 17th anniversary

                                         


                                         
OKLAHOMA CITY - Morgan Merrell stood at the lectern Thursday during the Remembrance Ceremony at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, her image clear in the reflecting pool before her.
She was only 2 when her mother, Frankie Ann Merrell, was killed exactly 17 years ago in the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.Now she's a freshman at Oklahoma City University, just four years younger than her mother was when she lost her life while working as a teller at the Federal Employees Credit Union.

The bombing killed 168 people and injured hundreds more.
